Challenge

Lokshin WiFi needed a bold, trustworthy online presence to support their mission of delivering fast, affordable internet to township communities. Their business model is based on accessibility, empowerment, and local infrastructure — but their digital presence didn’t yet reflect this ambition.

The main challenge was to create a brand and website that felt both tech-savvy and community-driven, offering clarity around their services while building trust with a wide and varied audience — from individual users to resellers.

Our Process

We started with a strategic branding phase, developing a visual identity that fused technology with approachability. The goal was to make Lokshin WiFi feel both local and reliable. The colour palette, iconography, and tone of voice were all tailored to appeal to township-based users, with mobile accessibility as a top priority.

The website was designed with a mobile-first layout, clear service breakdowns, reseller info, and calls-to-action that guide users toward quick purchases or enquiries. We also embedded educational content to help first-time users understand data bundles, routers, and connectivity options.
